Rothstein Kass University, our dedicated training and development program, offers a variety of courses, seminars and networking events for every level of experience. Designed to develop our staff, professionally and personally, Rothstein Kass University provides specific training programs to employees as their technical and management responsibilities accelerate. Soft skills training programs are also available in-house and through external providers. Additionally, all of our professionals receive supplemental time off to sit for exams related to obtaining certifications in their respective fields.

CPA and Licensing Assistance
CPA Exam Resources: At Rothstein Kass, we are committed to contributing to the professional and personal development of our team members. To help you along the upward track of your career, we offer incentives and assistance towards obtaining your CPA license.
Exam Preparation: Discounted CPA exam review courses are available to employees from the moment they accept our offer of employment, even if their start date is not immediate.
Taking Exams: Rothstein Kass team members are given up to eight paid days off to sit for the CPA exam, in addition to personal paid time off. Professionals outside of the accounting and tax practices are also eligible to receive paid time off to sit for exams related to certification in their respective fields.
Financial Bonus: Rothstein Kass professionals receive a significant monetary bonus for passing the CPA exam and receiving their license.
