The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) together with The Great Places to Work Institute, Inc. has named CPA firm Rothstein Kass one of the “50 Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America” in 2009.



Best Accounting Firms To Work For

Rothstein Kass has been named as one of the Best Accounting Firms to Work For. This annual program is sponsored by The Accountants Media Group, publishers of Accounting Today, and Best Companies Group.



California: Los Angeles

The Los Angeles Business Journal recently ranked Rothstein Kass #28 in the medium-sized company category of the Best Places to Work in LA for 2008. This program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Los Angeles County. Companies from every industry entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in LA. Workplace policies systems, demographics, practices and philosophy were evaluated, and a survey measured the employee experience.



Colorado

Rothstein Kass has been selected as a finalist for the 2008 Best Companies to Work for in Colorado. The awards program is a collaborative effort between the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Colorado State Council, as well as the six local SHRM chapters, Jobing.com, Colorado Biz Magazine, and the Best Companies Group.



New Jersey

Rothstein Kass was recently named as one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey. The award program, created in 2005, is produced by NJBIZ and sponsored by Gibbons, P.C., Sobel & Co., LLC, Staffing Alternatives and Novo Nordisk. Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 50 Best Places to Work in New Jersey consisting of an evaluation of workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics along with an employee survey.



New York

Rothstein Kass was named one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York for 2007. The awards program was launched by the New York State Society for Human Resource Management in partnership with Best Companies Group, an independent company managing these programs in various states. Derived from a two-part process examining workplace policies, systems, demographics, practices, philosophy and an employee survey, a list of 30 companies comprises this prestigious list.
